SYNERGY Wire & Cable began as Williams Wire & Cable in 1998, located in El Campo, Texas. With a reputation for quality and reliability, Williams Wire & Cable quickly earned the trust of a clientele including WSI, Enertech, Weatherford, Scientific Drilling, Oncourse, Gray Wireline, and United Surveys.

In 2007 the cable shop relocated to Mansfield, Texas, just ten miles east of the SYNERGY Wireline truck manufacturing facility in Burelson, Texas, and the name changed to SYNERGY Wire & Cable.

With the purchase of a brand new state of the art Davis Standard high temperature extrusion line, SYNERGY Wire & Cable produces extremely close tolerance diameter Electric Line Wireline Monocable in 300-degree Poly configurations, and 500-degree Teflon/Tefzel configurations. Sizes include 1/4", 7/32", 9/32", and 5/16". Data sheets for our cables are available on the download page.

All Manufacturing processes are performed onsite, including:

• - Stranding and waterblocking of the bare copper center conductor


• - Insulating the center conductor with Poly or Teflon/Tefzel


• - Galvanized Extra Improved Plow Steel (GEIPS) armoring applied on high speed tubular armoring machines


• - Preseasoning "SynergySeal" applied between first and second armor layers for improved flexibility


• - Wireline Corrosion Inhibitor applied to second armor layer


• - Full electrical testing of all cables
